Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all authentic garment tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
